Snack Time: Jalepeno Guacamole

There’s only one thing to make with an avocado this large… guacamole, of course! I kind of just threw in whatever I had, and it worked! Don’t you love when that happens?


You will need:

  • 1 large avocado, or 3 small ones
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped jalepeño (I used canned!)
  • 1 tsp jalepeño juice
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a bowl, and mash away!

It’s that simple, and it’s that delicious. Pair with your favorite tortilla chips.

I didn’t have my favorite brand in the house, which is Trader Joe’s Black Bean & Quinoa Chips. I settled on plain ‘ol corn chips. Still good! Dig in. xx Bianca

  1. I do the same when it comes to guac, never go out and buy more ingredients, whatever I have in the house or garden is what’s going in the guac! Use to work at Chipotle for a year a long time ago and I have their secret recipe :)
