The Recipe

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbs White Chocolate Wonderful PB
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 tbs dark chocolate cocoa powder

Mix it, bowl it, and top it!

For toppings, I used:

  • Chia seeds
  • Walnuts
  • Bananas (you can’t see them… they sank lolol)
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbs fresh strawberry jam – compliments of Sara’s aunt!

This was one of my favorite smoothie bowls to date – I encourage all those PB & J lovers to give it a try!! Have a beautiful Sunday, cuties. xx Bianca

  5. A month for peanut butter lovers?! Looking forward to more recipes! I made something so similar this morning–but your toppings make this more interesting. I ❤️your smoothie bowls!

    1. Seriously… could there be a better month? So glad you enjoy the bowls!! I’ll keep ’em coming<3

  6. Do these smoothie bowls keep well overnight? I’d like to start trying something like this instead of grabbing bad things for me on the way out the door. But I get up at 5:30… okay, let’s be honest… the alarm is set for 5:30 but I hit the snooze until just before 6, and I’m out the door by 6:30, so it’s kind of hard for me to have time to do this in the morning. Suggestions?? Thanks!! :)

    1. LOL I think whipping up the smoothie the night before and then refrigerating it (sealed tight) would probably work! Maybe not with a banana, I don’t know if it would taste funky, but that isn’t a problem for you anyways hahaha but I wouldn’t put toppings on until morning… but that takes no time! Just toss it all in a bag haha. If you make one, I WANT PICTURES!! <3
