Raspberry Almond Smoothie

Happy Smoothie Saturday! I’m making up observations now. It’s fine, you’ll love this. It’s the perfect smoothie to wake you up and get you moving. Productive Saturdays are the best Saturdays. Sundays can just be plain ‘ol lazy, though. Don’t worry ;)

The Recipe

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs flaxseed oil
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1/2 – 1 cup water (you choose the consistency!)
  • Walnuts – optional topping
  • Chia seeds – optional topping

Combine the first 5 ingredients in your blender and drink. it. down. I added a few toppings to jazz things up, but your choice! Happy Saturday – get out there and kick ass, beautiful. xx Bianca
