Turmeric Latte Vegan

Turmeric, I love you a whole latte. You have crazy health benefits, and you make my mornings oh so sunny, and freakin’ tasty. If you need a shot of caffeine to jumpstart your day, give this recipe a go. As a bonus, it’ll make for a pretty pic!

Recipe

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup hot coffee
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk (or your preference)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 – 1 tbs turmeric
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of fresh black pepper
  • 1 tsp agave (optional sweetener)

To make:

  • Add hot coffee, cashew milk, and vanilla to sauce pan over low heat
  • Just before boil, add turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, and agave – stir until well blended
  • Serve and drink up

    1. I used ground dried… I’m sure fresh would be good, too!!
