Vegan Nutella Ice Cream Recipe

“Nutella” Chip Nice Cream [dairy-free]

A few months ago, I made these Nutella Chip Cookies using my favorite brand of vegan cocoa hazelnut spread by Endangered Species Chocolate. With my head still stuck in this jar, I decided to add it to ice cream… because, you know… I can’t just eat it all with a spoon. LOL jk, yes I can.

Anyways, this dairy-free ice cream is made with bananas. It’s wonderful.

This is a single serving, so adjust accordingly!

You will need:

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1-2 tbs hazelnut spread
  • Dash of cashew milk (or other non-dairy… more or less for preferred consistency)
  • 1-2 tbs Enjoy Life mini chips

To make:

Add bananas, hazelnut spread, and cashew milk to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon in your chips and mix well.

Go ahead and eat as is or pile it on your favorite cone. I have a thing for wafer cones. How do you prefer your ice cream? xx bianca

  1. I did not need to see this right now. Chocoholic sweet tooth mongrel has been awakened! Shoot now I’m gonna have to go and make myself some nice cream that isn’t gonna be nearly as amazing as yours as I don’t have the ingredients on hand.

  2. Hello! I am SO glad I stumbled upon your blog this evening – it is nice to e-meet you :). My boyfriend loves ice cream, but he also prefers to have healthier options, so I know he would love banana ice cream. I really should give it a try!
