Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Vegan

Honestly, who doesn’t want PB&J in a glass? Probably my Nana, because she swears that she has never ate a PB&J sandwich in her 80+ years. I find it so hard to believe, but she won’t even try it! GF is missing out.

Anyways, this is heaven in a glass. So get over the fact that you may need to clean out your blender to make the second layer. Okay? Get over it. <3



To make:

First layer:

  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 tbs flaxseed oil

Second layer:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp agave (optional sweetener)

Blend them up separately and layer away. The perfect start to your day, minus da bread. Drink it on the go, busy lady!
