What I Learned About Vegan Diet

1 Year Veganniversary: 10 Things I’ve Learned, in GIFs

One year ago today, my life changed in the best way possible. I looked into what’s hidden behind the food on the shelves in Stop & Shop. I made myself open my eyes wide for the beautiful souls who share this Earth with us. I took one good hard look at the world around me and decided that I wanted something more out of life. I wanted to do better. I wanted to be better. I wanted to do more than just exist. I’m so happy to say that this year has really been a game-changer for me, and I am so excited to share some of my thoughts and musings about it.

You guys know I am a total sucker for GIF posts, so did you expect anything less?

Miessence Complete Protein Review

Miessence Complete Protein Review + GIVEAWAY

I’m super excited to run this giveaway, because it’s with a good friend of mine! Danielle and I met while I was an intern at Hasbro back in the day. We’ve kept in touch over the years, and I’m so glad we did – we have a lot in common, especially when it comes to natural/organic living. Danielle is an Independent Rep for Miessence, an Australian-based company who believe in health, wellness, and living purely. When Danielle asked me to review their Complete Protein Powder, I was honored! I mean…

  • Certified organic
  • Sprouted and biofermented
  • Vegan
  • Raw
  • Gluten-free
  • Natural
  • Highly-digestible

The list goes on. I’ll be 100% honest up front and say that I am not a fan of protein powders, typically. I just never enjoyed the taste/aftertaste, so this is something pretty new for me. But hey… why not give it a try and give some away to an awesome reader who may LOVE the extra boost of protein? So here we are. Let’s do this.
