Happy Day Before My Favorite Holiday! Thanksgiving is the best, isn’t it?! This coconut rice will be so great tomorrow. I know, I know. Rice isn’t a very typical Thanksgiving dish. In my family we are very traditional: sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing.
