Mocha Madness Smoothie Bowl

Happy Sunday, sunnies! It’s a gorgeous 55 degrees here today, and I LOVE IT! The air is crisp and autumn is in the air! Autumn… such a beautiful word. It is one of my favorites :)

I’m currently enjoying our screened-in porch, eating one of the best smoothie bowls that I have ever made. Take a look…

This is probably my favorite area of our home, aside from the kitchen! We have a very private and secluded backyard, and it is so wonderful!!

Okay, onto the beauty that is my breakfast…

The Recipe

You will need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate almond milk
  • 1/4 cup iced coffee
  • 2 tbs vanilla coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 tbs Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter (or regular!)
  • 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Flaxseed oil
  • 1/2 banana
  • Strawberries
  • Walnuts
  • Chia seeds

Step 1: Blend the first 7 ingredients, and pour into bowl of your choice. I was feeling classic Ivory Fiestaware today. <3

Step 2: Garnish with your favorite add-ons! Today, I chose banana, strawberry, walnuts, and chia seeds.

This breakfast was absolutely perfect for a quiet, breezy Sunday morning. It really started my day on the perfect note. I hope that your Sunday is just as lovely! xx Bianca
