Joe’s Famous Cast Iron Pizza

Vegan Cast Iron Pizza

Maybe I am the only one who considers it famous, but that’s fine! I have to give the man props – my guy knows how to cook! He gladly carries his weight in the kitchen and caters to veganism. Just a few months ago he made mini vegan key lime pies. Talk about a keeper, huh? While he is not vegan, he eats whatever I make, and that makes life much easier for me. It’s nice to not have to cook double-time!

I was thoroughly impressed with this cast iron pizza he made recently. The man would marry his cast iron if he could.
