Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

Happy Saturday, lovers! Let’s cut right to the chase here. Is there really a better way to start the day other than a huuuuuge smoothie bowl? Packed with antioxidants, and sweet berries, and bananas, and cinnamon, and fhjskhfdk. It’s definitely something to look forward to! So on this wonderful Saturday morning, get your killer breakfast on.

Why the name? Not sure. When I made it I just kept thinking, “good morning, sunshine!” to myself. So it stuck. #CoolStoryBro

The Recipe

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 – 1 cup soy milk (depending on how you like consistency!)
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1 tbs flaxseed oil
  • Dash of cinnamon

Blend together and pour into your choice bowl.

Top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds, and walnuts. You’ll be feeling hella good once you start your day with this sista! xx Bianca
