Vegan Glow Bowl

Your body will thank you for feeding it these incredible, flavorful, nutritious ingredients! This bowl is as healthy as it gets – and simple.

Recipe

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup couscous (cooked according to package)
  • 1/2 cup cooked rabe (cooked with a little olive oil and garlic!)
  • 1 sweet potato (diced and cooked with olive oil, chili powder, and garlic powder)
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli (tossed with lemon and garlic)
  • 1/2 avocado (mashed with lime juice and red pepper flakes)
  • Handful grape tomatoes

To make:

Well, I kinda told ya how to make each of these above, it’s that simple! Then just rearrange in your favorite bowl and go to town.

This is such a simple lunch, and yes… super filling. Not to mention, great for your mind and body. It’s called a glow bowl for a reason, baby! Happy lunching. xx bianca
