Roasted Cauliflower + Buffalo Tahini [v.]

Roasted Cauliflower Buffalo Tahini

Cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies to cook with, because it’s so versatile! Between this recipe and the cauliflower fried rice… well, I’m just really excited about cauliflower these days.

This is a perfect snack for one, or can be made for a party. I think it has a certain elegance about it! And it will take you under 10 minutes to prep, and under 1 hour to complete – SCORE.
