Glow Bowl Vegan Recipe

Green Glow Bowl

Nourish your body with this green glow bowl. Every time I make one of these, I feel so great. And I mean… it’s incredibly delicious and filling – not to mention PRETTY!



You will need:

  • 1/2 cup escarole and beans (recipe here)
  • 1 potato (boiled and seasoned with olive oil and red pepper flakes)
  • Roasted green beans (olive oil, salt, baked for 25 min at 400 F)
  • Sweet potato fries (olive oil, salt, baked for 25 min at 400 F)
  • Grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbs tahini, drizzled
  • Dash of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs Trader Joe’s Organic Sriracha and Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce, drizzled

Put dat edible art together and go to town!! Oh, and just to note… this Sriracha BBQ sauce is like… a dream come true. The GOOD STUFF! Just spicy enough without being overpowering, and such an amazing flavor. Sara told me about it a while back and so both of us are basically bathing in it. I have been adding it to my avo toast in the morning, too. Cannot stop! I highly recommend it. Enjoy, sunshine. xx bianca
