Happy Sunday, pretty things. I took this photo a while back, but I really love it and this smoothie was incredible. So I fished in the archives of my phone and pulled it up. I think it’s worth sharing on this lazy, wonderful weekend.
This smoothie really is a big burst of antioxidants, so you cannot go wrong. Also, that grapefruit will brighten you right up!
You will need:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries (I used a mix of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry & blackberry)
- 1/2 grapefruit, pulp & juice
- 1 tbs flaxseed oil
- 1/2 cup water, or as needed (choose your own consistency!)
Simple, whole ingredients that you blend up and drink down. It’s a beautiful start to the day. xx bianca
