“Nutella” Chip Nice Cream [dairy-free]

Vegan Nutella Ice Cream Recipe

A few months ago, I made these Nutella Chip Cookies using my favorite brand of vegan cocoa hazelnut spread by Endangered Species Chocolate. With my head still stuck in this jar, I decided to add it to ice cream… because, you know… I can’t just eat it all with a spoon. LOL jk, yes I can.

Anyways, this dairy-free ice cream is made with bananas. It’s wonderful.

Recipe

This is a single serving, so adjust accordingly!

You will need:

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1-2 tbs hazelnut spread
  • Dash of cashew milk (or other non-dairy… more or less for preferred consistency)
  • 1-2 tbs Enjoy Life mini chips

To make:

Add bananas, hazelnut spread, and cashew milk to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon in your chips and mix well.

Go ahead and eat as is or pile it on your favorite cone. I have a thing for wafer cones. How do you prefer your ice cream? xx bianca
