Current Obsession: Rhythm Superfoods Kale Chips

Rhythm Superfoods Kale Chips Review

Pregnancy cravings are real, folks. So back in May when we traveled to Florida, I needed something to get me through the 3-hour flight and found these kale chips by Rhythm Superfoods. I grabbed the zesty nacho and literally ate the whole bag before we even boarded the plane. I couldn’t stop for the life of meeeeee – they are so good. Have you had/tried them?

Ever since, I’ve been craving like no other and reached out to the company to see if they’d like to send me some product in exchange for my raving review (because really… in love). I love and always appreciate companies who send care packages to fans in exchange for an honest review. They sent me over a huge box of goodies and now here I am, excited to tell you all about them. If you are a fan of kale chips but don’t always have the time to make your own, these are the ones to grab. They are bursting with flavor and have the perfect crunch (so many crumbs, in the best way).

Vegan, non-gmo, gluten-free, and a good source of protein (6 grams), I never felt guilty when eating an entire bag of these. Kale is a superfood and a healthy snack to incorporate into your diet. Especially if you are not 100% sold on kale yet – these chips are a good bridge to become acquainted… which will (most likely and inevitably) lead you to a love for the raw stuff.

So anyways, there are plenty of flavor options, but I really love the zesty nacho, kool ranch, and original.

Zesty Nacho

These are my favorite because they are so cheesy and have a bit of a kick to them. Maybe the tahini makes them cheesy? The chipotle powder definitely gives them the kick.

Kool Ranch

Before I adopted a vegan diet, I loooved ranch dressing. Does anyone NOT like it? I can’t imagine not liking it. These definitely nail the ranch flavor I knew and loved, which is why they rock. Even my husband was impressed with these (all of them, actually). The dill is the star ingredient.

Original

Can’t go wrong with the original. It is sort of a milder Zesty Nacho – still has a hint of cheesiness, which is awesome.

The kale chips are definitely my favorite, but they have other snack options two (including beet chips if you are into beets!) I’ve never tried the roasted kale ones, so maybe that will be next on my list.

Anyways, I just wanted to share this brand with you in case you haven’t heard of them. A great company with awesome, high-quality products. Take them on the go. Bring to a picnic. Share with your kiddos. They are good no matter how you enjoy them. Spread the word. xx bianca
