Lots of calcium, protein, and as much nutrients as I can get as I come in on the home stretch. I can’t believe we’re in the single digits for weeks left in this pregnancy. Digging the purple smoothies lately – just lots of blueberries with almond milk, banana, peanut butter, and flaxseed.

I can’t get enough of tomatoes these days. Especially like this. I’m a creature of habit.

I made this spaghetti squash bake on a whim and it came out way better than I expected. I’ll need to share this recipe soon! It features broccoli, gardein chik’n, and cashew cream.
