It’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared what Willow’s been eating lately. I’ll be honest… it has just be tough to document. I don’t always remember! It’s mostly just hurry up and get the food on the table these days. She’s VERY demanding when she is hungry. She’s like her mama in that aspect. Haha!
Some of these photos are from a bit back… like September/October. But thankfully, Willow is still just truly enjoying almost anything I serve. Enjoy the inspiration below.
Homemade cinnamon apple sauce. She didn’t eat this whole thing, just took a photo of the whole batch.
Some kind of minestrone-ish pasta I whipped up quickly on top of some toast and avocado.
Red lentil + quinoa chili with avocado.

Smoothie with blackberries, pears, banana, and almond milk.
Tempeh, mixed veggies, and mashed potatoes.
Minestrone soup with avocado.
Tofutti cream cheese + tomato toast.
More Tofutti cream cheese and tomato toast with a side of corn/sweet potatoes, and a bit of leftover veggie burger.
Pancakes with syrup, bananas, and strawberries.
Half eaten rice and beans, sweet potatoes, corn, tortilla…
Annie’s vegan mac and cheese and some veggies.
