What I’ve Been Eating Lately (Vegan Postpartum Weight Loss)
Hi friends – nothing is coming to me as I am writing this, so how about we just get into the food. I promise I’ll have more to say next time… I am just so tired right now. Haha! But the most important part of this is below the cut.

Balsamic tempeh steaks for dinner with a side of mashed potatoes, corn, and peas.Frozen banana, strawberry, unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 date, and almond milk – blended well.Raisin Ezekiel bread with pb and dates.Vegan donut holes from Knead with a super fruit iced tea.Messy burrito bowl.Chocolate oats with almond butter and strawberries.Really random dinner of lettuce, guac, mango, sweet potato, beans, and corn.Mama and Willow oats – cherry almond!Sometimes I just like a baked potato for breakfast with some avocado.A fast tofu and veggie stir fry with a spicy almond sauce. Side of brown rice.You know, more oats.Quick hummus pasta with a ton of leftover veggies.Sweet potato topped with beans, corn, and avocado.Vegan black raspberry ice cream!Chocolate almond smoothie with some choco sauce.Fast and random salad/burrito bowl. This is what 75% of my meals look like… rushed and messy.Freekeh soup! My mom made this one, but I have the recipe on here if you are interested.There is acai under all that granola…Hummus and pita (date night app)Vegan pad thai (date night dinner!)Baked potato with avocado and hot sauce.Mango, watermelon, strawberries, and raspberries.Chocolate oats with banana, strawberries, and almond butter. Sweetened the oats with date syrup.Sautéed spinach, avocado, and hot sauce.Dark chocolate oats topped with mixed berries and coconut sugar.Vegan mac and cheese with sundried tomatoes… so good.Trader Joe’s veggie vegan burger with lettuce, pickles, avocado, ketchup, mustard.Portobellos, couscous, potato, and avocado.Salad topped with leftover beans, couscous, corn, avocado, olives, and lemon juice.Quick roll-up with mashed white beans, pesto, carrots, and lettuce.Brown rice, peas, sweet potato with walnut pesto.Dark choc oats with banana, cherries, and vanilla yogurt.
