Hello Sunshine Smoothie Recipe

Good morning, sunshines ;)

There’s really no other way to describe the taste of this smoothie than pure sunshine in the glass. The mango and lemon are so bright and perfect for the warmer weather. A really short and sweet post today, but I hope that you enjoy the smoothie. Make smoothie, go outside, lay in grass, bask in sun. That’s the good stuff.


Recipe

You will need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • ~1/4 – 1/2 cup almond milk (more or less for consistency you’d like)
  • Optional fruit for layering/topping: diced mango and strawberries

To make:

  • Simply add everything to your blend and run until smooth. Layer into a glass – smoothie, fruit, smoothie, fruit. Enjoy!
