I think the next round-up will be another round-up of what I eat to lose weight. I thoroughly enjoyed myself this summer and feel like cutting back a bit. I want to try and stick with the no sugar/no oil plan… we’ll see how it goes.

It’s made with banana, strawberry, dates, zucchini, cinnamon, cacao, and almond milk.Pineapple and frozen grapes for a quick snack.Chocolate oats with some ground flaxseed, topped with bananas, blueberries, almond butter, and coconut sugar.Broccoli rabe with garlic and olive oil.Rice, spicy chickpeas, and avocado for dinner.Chocolate oats with some strawberries, cherries, dates, vanilla soy yogurt, and almond butter.Tallulah’s Tacos – just black bean with loads of toppings.Not a nice pic, but this was so good – pinto beans and potato hash. I should share this recipe soon. It was meant for tacos, but I ate mine plain. IT WAS SO GOOD.Vegan grilled corn quesadilla from Diego’s.Just some sourdough toast with Earth Balance.Coconut lentil curry for breakfast.Hodge podge dinner – salad, bean + potato mash, spinach pie.Vegan hot dog with mustard, onion, and relish. I also added sauerkraut after this photo!Chocolate oats with almond butter, coconut, pecans, ground flax, and sweetened with date syrup.Avocado toast with hot sauce.Chocolate buttermilk pancakes… indulgent!Apple chickpea salad sandwich… yummm.A really delicious acai bowl from a local spot!Brown rice spaghetti tossed with cherry tomatoes and garlic, topped on spinach.Coconut lentil curry + rice.
