I haven’t done a GIF post in a while, so here we go. Just a little humor to go with some real talk. Because yes, all of the below is true (for me, anyway). #1: You become a Jedi in reading ingredient labels.
It’s a skill that we all master.
#2: You wake up feeling less bloated.
And boy, does it feel goooood.
#3: You stare down the barista making your morning coffee or latte.
All hell will break lose if you use anything other than almond or soy.
#4: Bananas become a substitute for basically everything.
And they are CHEAP. Eggs? Check. Ice cream? Check. Candy? Check.
#5: You feel more connected to the Earth than ever before.
It’s a strange thing, but it happened to me. Animals are a given, but anyone else feel more connected to even the trees?
#6: You lower your cholesterol without medication.
Here are my results to prove it.
#7: You could cry out of happiness when a restaurant has a vegan item listed on the menu.
And you don’t even have to modify or ask for no cheese. NOW THAT IS LIVING.
#8: Dates give you a sugar high.
There’s not a sweet tooth out there that dates can’t fix.
#9: You hide superfoods in communal dishes.
Just trying to keep everyone healthy here.
#10: Your skin looks better than ever.
And your confidence is soaring.
#11: A pint of vegan Ben and Jerry’s awaits you in the freezer.
For emergencies, right?
#12: Your, ahem, bowel movements will be very regular.
