It’s been a while! I have been compiling as I can for a bit now and figured it was time to post this and start back up with the toddler meal ideas. I hope this helps you to think of some new ideas for your own kids.
Tofu scramble, mashed avocado, and pears.
Chocolate peanut butter oats with banana.
Red pepper and black bean soup with a vegan cheese quesadilla on the side.
Cashew yogurt, almond butter toast, and peaches.
Vegan chili, biscuit, and mashed sweet potato.
Worst food photo of all time but she ate allllll of her vegan enchilada. Side of mexican rice. She loved this! I wish I remembered to take a before pic.
Toast with almond butter mixed with a little cocoa powder and maple syrup (kinda like nutella!) Side of pears and raisins.
Oats for mama and willow. Mine are cocoa oats with flaxseed, almond butter, dried cherries, and bananas. Willow’s is blueberry oats with flaxseed, peanut butter, banana, and maple syrup.

Strawberry coconut yogurt with chia seeds, side of canned pears and banana.
Red pepper and zucchini scramble with an english muffin (with earth balance butter) and mandarin oranges.
Vegan cheese quesadilla with salsa to dip and a side of edamame. I know it is random, but this is what we had. LOL
Bowtie pasta with chickpeas, onion, and olives.
Cashew alfredo with a side of broccoli. She doesn’t like broccoli still, but… trying it again and again.
Blueberry oat pancakes and a side of blackberries.
Veggie lentil stew over rice – she loves this for lunch. She had two bowls plus some wheat bread and butter to dunk.
Pesto chickpea pasta, applesauce, and mixed veggies with earth balance butter & nooch.
Oats with unsweetened cocoa powder, ground flaxseed, and chia seeds, topped with almond butter.
