Another month of food for my Willow. She will be 3 in just a few months, for reference. I continue to try to get creative with her meals while still making them quick and easy. I have noticed that as she gets older, her pickiness has gone done (YAY). She’s eating much more of a variety now than she was when she just turned 2!

Anyways, I hope you find inspiration below. xo

Tofu scramble, toast with Earth Balance butter, and berries.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich, mashed sweet potato, and cucumbers with hummus.

“Green dinosaur smoothie” – spinach, banana, pineapple, peaches, chia seeds, yogurt, and fresh orange juice.

Mashed avocado on a bagel, oranges, and blueberries.

Pesto shells made with kale, avocado, and grapes.

Date and ginger scones. Forgot to take a photo of hers but she loved it for a snack with soy milk.

Hodge podge of a platter – crackers with hummus, raspberries, blueberries, black beans, guac, broccoli dipped in vegan ranch for exposure, some vegan tofurky meat, and a blueberry yogurt.
