Hi friends :)
I haven’t done one of these in a bit so here we go. Nothing fancy – just a realistic look at what I normally eat.
Breakfast
This morning I had 1/3 cup of oats made with water. I added ground flax, unsweetened cocoa powder, and peanut butter.
Snack:
Midmorning snack with an apple with some pomegranate seeds.
Lunch:
For lunch I had lentil stew over brown rice. I used this recipe for my stew but I added sweet potatoes and kale to it, as well.
Snack:
I always need something sweet in the afternoon. Dark chocolate square from JoJo’s and coffee with Silk sweet & creamy creamer.
Dinner:
Of course, I forgot to take a pic of my actual dinner because you know, catering to toddlers. So I took a fast photo of the leftover chili above (horrible quality, so sorry). But we had pumpkin chili with beans, corn, onion, and TVP. I also had a small baked potato on the side and some green beans.
Bedtime Snack:
I forgot to take a photo but I had some popcorn with nutritional yeast because that is my nighttime jaaaaaam.
