The girls have their own preferences some days, and that’s okay! Willow didn’t want avocado for breakfast so she has toast with Earth Balance butter, peaches, and cashew yogurt. Fiona has avocado toast, bananas with pb, peaches, and cashew yogurt.

Refried black beans, rice, hummus with sweet potato fries, and blueberries. My kids did not enjoy the black beans so I was glad to have the hummus backup.

Chocolate oats with fruit of their choice. Into their oats, I always stir in some ground flaxseed and nut butter to bulk it up.
