Tofurky and vegan cheese sandwiches, raisins, roasted veg, bananas and pb for Fiona, apples with pb & choco date sauce for Willow. Tofu sticks with ketchup and vegan mayo dip, cinnamon apples, and cheerio bars. Basil pesto, white beans, and strawberries. Baked chocolate oats with a side of berries and banana. Flatbread pizzas (one with pesto and one with red sauce blended with white beans and vegan cheese), leftover pancakes from breakfast, and strawberries. Chocolate mug brownie made with oat flour (recipe in my eBook!) PB&J, tomatoes and cukes with hummus, mini muffin, and green peach smoothie. Tofu scramble, toast with jam, and apples. Pesto for dinner. Vanilla coconut yogurt with almond butter. Cheerios for Fiona and granola for Willow. Cocoa oats with strawberries. I add ground flax and almond butter to the oats, too.
