A Vegan Thanksgiving Menu

Vegan Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is around the corner, friends. We keep our Thanksgiving menu fairly simple… a nice balance between homemade and store-bought. We also have Thanksgiving with family (a few of which are also vegan), so the cooking is divided between us. It makes it much more manageable for everyone. Grateful for that.

If you need some last-minute ideas or inspiration, I hope that this helps. Wishing you and yours a peaceful plate and heartwarming day. All the love and gratitude for you. I appreciate you being here. x

Our Vegan Thanksgiving Menu

— Vegan roast from Whole Foods (I really like Gardein or Tofurky)

— Whipped mashed potatoes

— Vegan gravy (a family recipe)

— Vegan stuffing (I will be testing a new recipe for this… will share in future if it comes out wonderfully)

— Roasted butternut squash (gently mashed with butter, salt, and pepper)

— Corn (frozen or canned)

— Cranberry (canned)

Sautéed broccoli rabe

Italian stuffed artichokes

— Pumpkin pie (Pick Up Limes’ recipe is the BEST EVER!!) with So Delicious Cocowhip

Butternut squash & chocolate chip loaf or pumpkin loaf

— Vegan apple pie (premade from Whole Foods)
