My Year in Books

Hi friends!

I always look forward to writing this post. It is so cool to look back on the books I read over the year and mull over which ones made me feel all the things. This year, I dipped into a lot of fantasy worlds and they took me to some of the most special places. I find that fantasy books are the most immersive and I tend to favor the escape from reality.

My favorite read this year was the From Blood and Ash series by Jennifer Armentrout. Oooooh my gosh. You guys know my love affair with ACOTAR and I have to say, this is runner-up. I devoured this series. Another favorite from this year was the highly-hyped Fourth Wing series. The hype is REAL and it lived up to my expectations.

There’s also plenty of non-fiction books in the mix, if that is more your speed. I’ve loved reading more about slow living/minimalism this year.
