I can’t believe I am including Fiona’s meals in this… how fast time goes with the second babe. So here we are – what my plant-based girls have been eating! I will separate them out so you’ll have to scroll a bit down to get to Fiona’s.
For reference, Willow is almost 3 and Fiona was 8 months when these photos were taken. Enjoy the inspiration. x

Tofu quiche with my girl and some berries.
Chickpea and lentil curry, roasted sweet potatoes, and a tomato slice with cashew parm for some exposure… she isn’t into raw tomato yet.
Red sauce (blended with some lentils for iron boost) over shells, banana, and raisins for lunch.
Potato and corn chowder with some bread & butter to dip.
Vegan mac & cheese! I blended raw cashews with some roasted sweet potato and some soy milk for the base. I seasoned with salt and onion powder and then added slice of Daiya cheese after and it was soooo delicious (for everyone!)
PB&J, veggie chips with guac, and some peaches.
Pasta with red sauce (I blended some roasted veggies into a jarred sauce I had on hand to up the flavor), avocado, and mandarin oranges.
Kale pesto pasta, sweet potato fries, and raspberries.
Vans waffles topped with coconut cream, strawberries, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
Just Egg, toast, and applesauce.
Tofu scramble with onions and broccoli, strawberries, and toast.
Pasta with red sauce & cashew parm, sliced apples, and a cooked carrot stick with some cashew ranch. She isn’t into carrot sticks yet but I am trying.
Vegan grilled cheese, cucumbers dipped in cashew cream, and raisins.

Oatmeal with almond butter & raspberries.
Sweet potatoes, white potatoes, and celery pulled out from my chowder recipe (I pulled hers before adding the salt). She loved!
Baked tofu (seasoned with nutritional yeast, onion powder, and garlic powder) and roasted veggie bits (sweet potato, white potato, and red pepper).
Pasta with the roasted veggie red sauce & avocado.
Kale & basil pesto pasta, roasted sweet potato, and raspberries.
Black beans and avocado.
Spaghetti & peas.
Tofu scramble , pancake bites , and raspberries.
Tofu scramble & steamed cinnamon apple.
