Hi friends! Another round-up of what I’ve been eating lately – particularly for postpartum weight loss. You may have noticed that I am going to be sharing these posts every two weeks or so instead of once a month. Hope that you guys are into that. I feel like I always just have so many photos, so might as well split them up.
Weight loss is still going – lost another 3 lbs since my postpartum weight loss update . Yay for healthy and slow progress!

Another day, another bowl. Rice and quinoa blend with black beans, sweet potato, avocado, and tahini.

Baked sweet potatoes, broccoli with a squeeze of lemon, and some curried hummus.
These are literally all I eat these days…
Green spaghetti with avocado and sundried tomatoesssss!
TVP bowl with some bean salad on the side… sweet potato… brown rice. Really just a mess of food, haha!
Vanilla almond oatmeal with coconut + blackberries.
Kale + quinoa.
Cinnamon oatmeal pancakes (I used the Vegan Solution’s recipe!) with a side of sautéed spinach and avocado… hot sauce, of course.
Fruit for breakfast! Oranges, mango, and blackberries.
Random leftovers, as usual. Sweet potato, rice, beans, broccoli, olives, avocado… lemon on top.
Dark chocolate oats with some pb swirled in there.
Pasta salad with some random leftovers on top… plus hot sauce.
Couscous topped with some sautéed veggies, white beans, and avocado. Perfect dinner.
Burrito bowl with brown rice, lettuce, refried beans, salsa, and avocado.
Mango for breakfast (this one and 2 others).
