Hi friends! Another round-up for what I’ve been eating in my second trimester. I finally got around to editing my photos from food in South Florida, so the beginning will be all of that good stuff. Lots of fruit and acai bowls, to be honest. And some treats, too.
I’m so fortunate to be eating very well and craving healthier options this trimester. I am feeling great. Enjoy the inspiration!
Mango mango mango. I ate my weight in Florida.

Out to eat in Florida! This was spaghetti squash with lentil balls. YUM.
My mom made this avocado and basil spaghetti with tomatoes. It was awesome.

More Florida eats – the Impossible burger. It was the first time I had it and I second-guessed if it was a vegan patty. It was good, but very real.

Woof. This loaded s’mores cinnamon bun from cinnaholics was insane… too much for me, to be honest. But had to try!

Chickpea pasta with a lentil sauce. Such a great iron-rich lunch for toddlers. Willow ate every bite!
