Vegan Pregnancy Meals: What I've Been Eating in Second Trimester

Hi friends! Another round-up for what I’ve been eating in my second trimester. I finally got around to editing my photos from food in South Florida, so the beginning will be all of that good stuff. Lots of fruit and acai bowls, to be honest. And some treats, too.

I’m so fortunate to be eating very well and craving healthier options this trimester. I am feeling great. Enjoy the inspiration!

    1. Thank you, Tracey!! That’s the best part of summer :) xo

  2. As someone who does not like meat and tries to stay away from anything reminiscent of it, I thought the same about the Impossible Burger–too real for me! A lot of places here in the DC area have it, and I’ll eat it if it’s my only option when eating out, but I’d rather have an obviously veggie burger!

    1. I feel you on that. I definitely was a bit freaked by it. Great option and happy they have it for people so they stop eating meat all together, but I am with you!! I love my seed/nut/bean burgers :)
