What We Ate Vegan in Disneyland

Hi friends!

We were only Disneyland for two days – one day for Downtown Disney and one day for both Disneyland and California Adventure parks. For just a few days, there are not a ton of pics below but we definitely ate our hearts out (some items are not pictured, but I will mention at the bottom). There is no shortage in vegan goodness in Disneyland (much like Disney World – which I talk about extensively here).

Me, Willow, and my brother (who was with us) eat vegan and my husband eats mostly vegan, so here’s a look at all the goodies we enjoyed while there. It was the best best best time.

What We Ate Vegan in Disneyland
Mickey pretzel! With lots of mustard.

Steel cut oats with chia, banana, brown sugar, and almond butter from Jamba Juice in Downtown Disney.

Blue milk! From Galaxy’s Edge. This was a dream come true for me because I always wanted to have this as a kid when watching Star Wars. It’s made with almond milk and super delicious. We also got the green milk, but blue was better in my opinion.
What We Ate Vegan in Disneyland
Vegan gumbo in a sourdough bread bowl from Royal Street Veranda in New Orleans Square.

Lemon Dole whip! SOOO refreshing. This was from Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats in DCA.
What We Ate Vegan in Disneyland
Vegan burger on a kale and quinoa salad from Black Tap Craft Burgers in Downtown Disney.
What We Ate Vegan in Disneyland
Probably the best thing I had in Disneyland. It’s a mint chip ice cream from Salt & Straw in Downtown Disney.

Other things we enjoyed but not pictured:

  • Frozen bubble tea from Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff
  • Rice Milk chocolate bars from Marceline’s Confectionary in Downtown Disney
  • Vegan cookies (they are Enjoy Life) from Marceline’s Confectionary in Downtown Disney
  • Peach smoothie from Jamba Juice
  • Almond milk latte from La Brea Bakery
  • Vegan cheese pizza from Pizza Planet

I wish I could have remembered to keep snapping pics but it is not always the first thing on my mind when you have a toddler who is waiting for their food, lol! But I hope this gives you a better idea of some options you have there if you are going in the future.

Disneyland and Disney World are the happiest places on Earth for me… and even better when they are so accommodating. xx bianca
