Tofu scramble, hash brown, and peaches.
Chocolate oats made with some almond butter, unsweetened cocoa, ground flax, and topped with strawberries.
Chocolate chia pudding , raisins, cheerios, and oranges.
Bean, TVP, and quinoa chili, mashed potatoes, and corn bread.
Kale pesto pasta, chocolate chia pudding, and oranges.
More pesto pasta, sweet potatoes, and applesauce.
Tofu scramble, mini bagel with Earth Balance butter, and peaches.
Pizza roll-ups, olives, craisins, and oranges. I make the roll-ups with just a plain tortilla, some jarred sauce, and vegan cheese.
Lentil soup over quinoa with a side of breadsticks.
Tofu scramble, toast with Earth Balance butter, and apples.
Pitaya oats with almond butter and coconut, mango, and oranges.
Potato hash with cheese and ketchup, mango, and toast with Earth Balance butter and jam.
Hummus and cucumber sandwich, grapes, and apple cinnamon sticks.
Just Egg, toast with Earth Balance, and oranges. She loooves the Just Egg and had three servings.
Pasta e fagioli , carrots, and apples with melted peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Black bean & cheese burrito with salsa and vegan sour cream, grapes, and roasted zucchini.
Grilled cheese, lentil stew , and grapes.
Strawberry shortcake with coconut whipped cream.
Pesto shells , mashed sweet potato, and chips with vegan queso .
As always good ideas!
What age did you start adding additional sweeteners like maple syrup?
I think it was around 12-14 months for sweeteners. Not sure if that is considered “right” or not but that’s what we felt comfortable with. 💛
