What My Plant-Based Toddlers Eat 6 Comments on What My Plant-Based Toddlers Eat I can’t believe I have two toddlers to feed now. It’s crazy!! But anyways, here are lots of meal ideas below for a 1 & 3 year old. Enjoy. x Kale & walnut pesto, oranges, cooked carrot sticks and broccoli with hummus to dip. Pasta e fagioli, blueberries, and peas. Blueberry muffin and banana with peanut butter. Tofu scramble, toast with apricot preserves, and blueberries. Chickpea egg sandwich, pickles, and applesauce. Lentil stew with quinoa, avocado, and grapes. Pinto beans, avocado, baked tofu sticks, cinnamon apples, and garden puffs. Butternut squash mac & cheese, steamed pears, and avocado. Chickpea flour quiche with sides of avocado and roasted sweet potato. I made beans and rice but Willow requested tofu so she got some sticks while Fiona got the beans and rice. Both have a side of peas and Fiona has unsweetened cashew yogurt with peanut butter and W has strawberry cashew yogurt with chia. Willow has PB&J, avocado, apples, and Justin’s peanut butter cups and Fiona has beans, steamed apple, and avocado. Deconstructed noodle bowl. Ramen noodles, avocado, veggie stir fry, and baked tofu. White bean salad sandwiches with a side of avocado and an applesauce muffin. Vans waffles with syrup to dip, cinnamon apples, and pom for Willow. Fiona has the waffles and some banana. Pumpkin mac & cheese (I made a vegan version of this one), cinnamon apples, and coconut yogurt. Lentil stew with toast… olives and grapes. Vegan chik’n enchilada, pinto beans, and corn. Vegan hot chocolate with Dandie’s marshmallows for Willow on a cold snowy day. Peanut ramen noodles, mashed sweet potato, and thawed blueberries. Hummus on toast, peas and carrots, and grapes. Mini bagel with vegan cream cheese and avocado, sweet potato, annie’s bunny fruit snacks, raisins, and more avo. And a justin’s peanut butter cup ;) Share this:PinterestFacebookTwitter
