It’s been a bit since I’ve shared one of these posts. It got away from me. You may notice some of these photos are from a bit back – summertime, really. But all the same. Food is food. As I was uploading, I also noticed how many of these are oatmeal bowls. Makes sense since it is the food I eat the most! But sorry if you are bored with my oats. Hah! x
Oats with strawberries and chocolate date sauce.
Veggie stir fry over rice with sriracha and sesame seeds.
Oats topped with cinnamon apples and a little vanilla yogurt.
Sweet potato, chickpea, and kale peanut curry over rice. I don’t have this exact recipe, but it is similar to this one .
Oats with banana and cinnamon. Keeping it simple.
Tofu scramble, bean, and salsa burrito with a side of tomatoes.
Oats with chocolate date sauce and cherries.
Buckwheat pancakes topped with vanilla yogurt and saucy cinnamon apples.
Whole wheat spaghetti with creamy cashew sauce, baked tofu, and peas.

Brown rice bowl with cucumber, mushrooms, sauerkraut, and lemon-y hummus.
Oats with banana, chocolate maple syrup, and raspberry preserves.
Sourdough toast with raspberry preserves, peaches, and tea.
Corn tortillas made in the air-fryer and a side of queso, beans, corn, vegan unsweetened yogurt, hot sauce to dip into. I really like unsweetened Cashewgurt as sour cream!
