Plant-Based Meal Ideas: What I’ve Been Eating Lately
Hi friends. I have been working on being more present and less on my phone, so I have been slacking a bit on what I have been eating photos. I apologize! But it has also been very liberating to just sit down and eat and enjoy instead of rushing to take photos. I’m sure you understand. ;)
But here is a round-up of what my summer meals have looked like. I hope you aren’t too bored by it, but my summer meals are kinda on autopilot. I stick to the same breakfast most mornings (as you will see) and eat mostly bowls that I throw together fast. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy the inspiration. x
Chocolate sweet potato pudding with berries and almond bits.This is the start of a very heavy banana nice cream post because that is my summer breakfast go-to. This one was a bit soupy but delicious nonetheless.
