Lazy villagers and their snacks. These are the endearing babies of the game, or so it feels like for a lot of them. They are either talking about bugs or hungry and they can be a bit naive, but we love them all the same. Hence, endearing.

This is an opinion post with my own favorites, but I hope that it helps you if you are looking for the perfect lazy.

15. Deli
The monkey villagers are not personally my favorite design but I do like Deli. He has beautiful coloring and a really sweet face. His favorite colors are purple and brown and he has the nature hobby.
He has a Subtype A personality.
14. Filbert
As far as squirrel villagers go, Filbert is pretty cute. I love his tree sweater and his rosy cheeks. His favorite colors are blue and white and he has the nature hobby. Squirrels with the nature hobby are always so wonderful.
He has a Subtype A personality.
13. Lucky
The spookiest pup in the game, Lucky is quite a character. His design is completely unique and he fits so well on witchy/autumn/Halloween islands. His favorite colors are beige and white and he has the play hobby.
He has a Subtype B personality.
12. Drake
The duck villagers always have a special place in my heart and Drake is perfect for a normal design. His yodel sweater is too cute. His favorite colors are brown and red and he has the play hobby. I love when the ducks have the play hobby.. it’s as if they are wishing so badly to be able to take flight. Big dreamers.
He has a Subtype B personality.
11. Sherb
The prettiest pastel boy ever. In fact, his name is a play on “sherbet.” Sherb is sooo endearing! I think he could work well on either a spring or winter island with his coloring, if that’s what you’re looking for. His favorite colors are gray and blue and his hobby is nature.
He has a Subtype A personality.
10. Joey
Joey, you sweet little ducky! I totally envision Joey to be the baby of the bunch, diaper and all. If you have a springcore or kidcore island, he is a must. His favorite colors are blue and green and he has the play hobby (no surprise there!)

9. Ozzie
Doesn’t Ozzie have the sweetest most endearing face? As far as koala villagers go, he has one of the best designs with his natural coloring. His favorite colors are yellow and orange and he has the play hobby. Everything about him just screams *happiness and sunshine!*

8. Bob
The coolest cat ever? I think yes. Bob is such a mood. He is an original and will always be classic. Did you know he was the first villager ever created? Yeah, he is that superior. His favorite colors are red and colorful and he has the play hobby. Love him.

7. Sasha
One of the best new additions to the game! Sasha! Look at this bun. Love his face and vibe. His favorite color are blue and white and FUN FACT: he is the only male villager to have the fashion hobby.

6. Punchy
Another cool cat for the list. Punchy exudes rest and relaxation and the chilliest of chill vibes. Doesn’t everyone just want to hang with Punchy and eat snacks? Really enjoy his whiskers. His favorite colors are blue and aqua and he has the play hobby.
He has a Subtype B personality.
5. Anchovy
Does Anchovy remind me of Eugene Levy and do I love that for him? Absolutely yes and yes. The bird villagers are some of my favorites and I just love his coloring and design. He has such a natural vibe to him and his yodel sweater is perfection. His favorite colors are orange and colorful and he has the play hobby. Birds with the play hobby = the best. Looks like they are ready to take off.

4. Bones
Bones, you sweetheart! With his library-style home and adorable “yip yip” catchphrase. I love putting Bones in all the sweaters and giving him an “old soul” vibe, though he is very young and playful. I like to think he is wise beyond his years (or at least tries to be!) His favorite colors are brown and beige and he has the play hobby.

3. Weber
Oh, Weber. You are seriously so precious. I just want to squeeze all the ducks, but Weber and his RBF especially. Look at that bowl cut. Look at the coloring. With his nautical stripes and cute facial expressions. His favorite colors are blue and black and he has the nature hobby. (Also secretly ship him with Molly.)

2. Beau
Beau you are a beaut! Bug-loving Beau, who cares so much about nature and the world around him. UGH. He is my little hippie deer. I like to give him all the plants and snacks, because that’s how he rolls. His favorite colors are orange and beige and he has the nature hobby (because bugs, ya know). He is basically tied at the number one spot, if I am being honest…

And that leads us to Beau’s BFF (in my world, anyway)….
1. Erik
I mean… yes, the moose is first! OK, he’s a deer villager but come on… look at him. The Sweetest and absolutely coolest design of all the lazy villagers. The best expressions and the best big bright eyes. He deserves all the snacks in the WORLD! Give him sweaters and flannels and a jar of cookies. He’s great for forestcore and wintery islands, in particular… but honestly, he deserves to be everywhere and anywhere. His favorite colors are red and beige and he has the nature hobby.
