Easter this weekend!
I am so excited to see Willow’s reactions this Easter. I put together her basket a while back (you can see that HERE). It’s geared toward her age range (18 months-2 years) but if you have a smaller babe, you can also check out her basket from last year here.
I’ll admit that this year I am going light on the treats because she is still very young. I don’t think I will ever go crazy heavy on candy, but I definitely think there’s a time and place for candy and treats. This year I focused more on the Annie’s bunny grahams, gummies, raisins, and pretzels. BUT I did include a Lindt dark chocolate bunny, because it’ll be fun to see her reaction to chocolate. Plus… Joe and I will totally eat the majority of it. Ha!
But I was definitely on the hunt myself to see what vegan options there are for future years. I was not disappointed by options – at all!! Vegan kids, teens, and adults can enjoy Easter treats just as much as the next person.
Please note: some of these items are made in a shared facility with milk, eggs, etc. There is a note on label. I know that this is important to some, so please do your own research and double-check if that is the case for you.

Easter-themed
- Lindt Dark Chocolate Bunny – look for the one with the BROWN ribbon only. Target, Wal-Mart, and Amazon have them.
- Yum Earth Easter Candy – they have sour jelly beans, bunny gummies, and lollipops.
- Annie’s Bunny Fruit Snacks – a classic.
- Annie’s Friends Bunny Grahams – chocolate chip flavor for life.
- Easter Egg Oreos – shaped like Easter eggs with purple cream filling. I found them at Target.
- Moo Free Chocolate Egg – I have yet to try this, but it looks so good. Find at Amazon.
- Skittle-Filled Eggs – you see these everywhere (Target, grocery chains, drug stores, Wal-Mart, etc.).
- Sour Patch Bunny Gummies – find these at Target or Amazon.
- No Whey Chocolate Bunny
- Jolly Rancher Jelly Beans – another classic.
Non-Easter Themed
- Raisins – my kiddo loves raisins… so you bet she’s getting raisins this year.
- Pringles – you can find Easter-themed packaging around this time of year, too.
- Pretzels – great for egg fillers.
- Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups – not the same as a Reeses egg, but better because there’s no cruelty!
- Ocho Mini Coconut Candy Bar – kind of like a Mounds bar and small enough to fill eggs.
- Hubba Bubba Chewing Gum – older kids love gum, right? Great for filling eggs.
- Blow Pops – a classic that would look great in baskets.
- Dum Dums – perfect small size to fill eggs.
- Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars – another favorite of my kiddo. A healthier option.
- Trader Joe’s Fruit Wraps – like a healthier version of fruit by the foot.
- Surf Sweets Sour Worms – sour gummy worms are awesome for egg fillers.
Honestly, this is just a small sample of all the options you have, but I good start. I hope this shows you that you and/or your kiddos do not have to sit around and watch everyone else fill up on Easter treats. Grab a couple favorites for your family so you don’t feel left out of the fun.
I hope you all have a beautiful Easter weekend spent with loved ones. xx bianca
