What My Plant-Based Toddlers Eat

What My Plant-Based Toddlers Eat

Hi friends – here’s a round-up of what my 3 1/2 year old and 17/18 month old have been eating lately. All vegan/plant-based meals. You’ll notice that sometimes I just take a picture of one plate vs the two because you know… serving toddlers isn’t easy, haha! Sometimes I snap a pic as quickly as I can but both girls eat the same thing 99% of the time (just presented differently based on their age). Enjoy. x

lunch platters for the girls today! I like to add favorites along with some new things so they don’t feel too intimidated. in this case, the balsamic mushrooms were new & we are still working on zucchini. fiona liked the zucchini & willow ate the mushrooms… 🎉🎉🎉 and they ate everything else. willow in particular asked for thirds on the tofu sticks & seconds on the barley. and fruit is always a hit.
