I am justifying this nana ice cream bowl as breakfast, because let’s face it… it basically is! If all you’ve ever dreamed of is having ice cream for breakfast, this is your chance to do it the healthy way. I swear.
The Recipe
In blender, combine:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbs almond milk
Pour into bowl. Separately, blend:
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup water
- Dash of cinnamon
Pour over and swirl! Add toppings to your little heart’s desire. I added:
- Frozen blueberries
- Chia seeds
- Walnuts
- Cinnamon
