Hi friends!

Another round-up of what Willow has been eating as a vegan/plant-based toddler. I’ve been meaning to write a longer post sharing the details of her diet and our plans as we continue to navigate… but I just haven’t found the time. I will do it though, promise.

For now, enjoy some meal inspiration.

  1. I wish my parents fed me like this when I was young!

    I’m interested to hear your thoughts on the parents that have been arrested and accused of starving their five-month-old baby when they switched out to a potato-based mash. It’s being labeled as a vegan issue, of course, but it seems like an ignorance issue.

    1. Hi Kari – I feel the same! My mom went vegan 10 years ago, which propelled me to. So I’ll let it slide, lol!

      I actually am not familiar with this news… I am going to have to check it out. Thanks for the heads up.
