Hi friends! Another round-up of what my plant-based kids eat. Some of these photos are from a bit back, so their ages were about 3 and 10 months. I hope that you enjoy the ideas and even more so, your kids!
You might notice I do not put a lot on Fiona’s tray initially – this is because if I do put a lot, so much ends up on the floor or she stuffs too much in her mouth. I add as she goes if she seems like she wants more. Just wanted to note!
Willow (3-YO)
PB&J, strawberry coconut yogurt, and carrots.
Potato, chickpea, and pea curry , corn, and oranges.
Red bean, cheese,and salsa burrito with a side of corn and strawberries.
Snack time! Orange slices, raisins, and a graham cracker dipped in yogurt & sprinkles (frozen).
Bolognese (made with TVP), carrots, and a Nature’s Bakery brownie.
Crackers with guac. She ate almost a whole avocado with thirds of the dip.
“Cheesy” tofu sticks (baked with nutritional yeast) with ketchup/just mayo dip, strawberries, and sweet potato.
PB&J, grapes, strawberry, and red lentil snap crisps.
Nachos with vegan queso , refried beans, olives, and salsa. Side of cinnamon pears, olives, and some squash for exposure.
PB&J, peaches, raisins, and cucumbers with vegan cream cheese.
Tofu quiche with ketchup, avocado, and berries.
Burrito with mashed black beans, corn, vegan cheese, and avocado, sliced apples, and raisins.
Fruit salad for snack – plums, strawberries, and blueberries.
English muffin & vegan cheese sandwich, side cukes for exposure, grapes, and nature’s bakery fig bar.
Berry pancakes for everyone!
Spaghetti with a red lentil sauce and nooch, cinnamon apples, and white beans.
Pancakes, cinnamon apples, and some leftover tofu scramble.

Homemade hummus with quinoa, side of sweet potato and strawberries.

Pasta with sweet potato sauce & egg plant “parm” without the cheese. No salt added.
Blueberry pancakes.
Berry oatmeal with some ground flax and blueberries.
