Hi friends! Here’s a look at what my two plant-based toddlers have been eating lately. They are 3 1/2 and 18/19 months. I hope this helps give you some ideas for your kiddos. x

Tofu scramble, heart sprouted toast with earth balance butter, and berries. Also this photo is soooo old but I came across it and never shared.

Life and Chex cereal with soy milk, berries, and oatmeal breakfast cookies.

Lentil soup over toast, guac, and blackberries.

Tofu veggie quiche, blackberries, and bananas.

Red lentil pasta with mashed white bean sauce, pears, and roasted cauliflower.

Chocolate chickpea pancakes, blueberries, and bananas. We love this recipe!

Oatmeal with a bit of maple syrup and blueberries. We call this “Daniel Tiger Oats” ;)

Baked tofu sticks with ketchup/vegan mayo dip, broccoli cheddar soup, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, and some brown rice for Willow.

  1. This looks great. I wish my kids (and my nieces) ate all this stuff. We keep trying. Right now my five-year-old daughter makes sure her three-year-old cousins don’t like what she doesn’t like. Still, they do eat quite well if I look at the whole day.

    1. Sigh. I hate typing on my phone. ;)
