Homeschool Book Haul: Spring, Seeds, Flowers, and Dirt Theme

Hi friends!

Quite possibly my favorite homeschool theme we have had so far… spring, seeds, flowers, and dirt! There are so many beautiful books for this season and it may be our biggest library haul yet.

We get the majority of our books from the library, but if you prefer to buy, I highly recommend checking Book Outlet before you buy on Amazon because their books are often times 40-70% off the retail price. They don’t always have what you are looking for in stock, but worth a visit to see!

Here is the full list of themes we have for our preschool year, if you are interested.

NOTE: This post contains affiliate links, which means that I’ll receive a commission if you purchase from this link. This will not change or increase the cost of your purchase. This extra income provides for my family and keeps The Friendly Fig running strong.

For our spring, seeds, dirt, and flowers theme, we will be reading:

  • A Seed is Sleepy
  • Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt
  • The Big Book of Blooms
  • The Imaginary Garden
  • Lola Plants a Garden
  • Planting a Rainbow
  • Flowers Are Calling
  • Miss Rumphius
  • From Seed to Plant
  • Goodbye Winter, Hello Spring
  • We Are the Gardeners
  • Seeds and Trees
  • Mud Book: How to Make Pies and Cakes
  • Worm Weather
  • When Spring Comes
  • Busy Spring: Nature Wakes Up
  • Mud
  • Wiggling Worms at Work
