A Vegan Christmas: What I’m Making

Our Vegan Christmas Dinner Menu

Hi friends!

I wanted to share a compilation of all the recipes I will be making for a very vegan Christmas. I have to be honest and say that this menu does not change much year-to-year. Most of these recipes are simply a part of our tradition. I usually do most of my cooking for Christmas Eve (which I host at our home) and on Christmas Day, we go to my parents. The cool thing is that my mom, brother, and sister are all also vegan so our menu is luckily mostly vegan! My husband is also not a big meat-eater and he enjoys the vegan version of everything (he’s the best and so easy). I know how fortunate I am because I know this is not the case for a lot of you.

But anyways, you came for recipes and here they are. These are the things I make between Christmas Eve and Christmas. This is gonna look and seem like a lot but we are an Italian family who always overcooks… (but yay, leftovers! lol)

Aglio e olio (this is always our Christmas Eve main course and my kids LOVE it)
