Peanut Butter & Banana Fudgsicles

Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicle

Who in the hell doesn’t enjoy a fudgsicle? It’s a fucking fudgsicle for crying out loud!! Instead of eating those crazy sugary ones from Stop and Shop (or sugar-free, because… let’s face it – sugar free is a chemical disaster), make your own! All you need: popsicle molds and four healthy ingredients. Seriously… that’s it. And they are better than you could ever imagine – perfect consistency and super fudge-y. I’ll be making these all summer [read: eating these every damn day].

Recipe

Makes 6 popsicles

You will need:

  • 3-4 bananas
  • 1 cup chocolate soy milk
  • 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
  • 2 tbs peanut butter

To make:

  • Combine all ingredients in your food processor – add more or less chocolate milk for consistency.
  • Pour into popsicle molds
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight

Okay, now… go crazy and get chocolate all over your face. Because it isn’t a fudgsicle if you don’t have it smeared all over the sides of your mouth. And when someone gives you a weird look, you take a cue for Joey.

Got it? Good. Enjoy childhood nostalgia! xx bianca
