Vegan ALDI Grocery Haul (Family of 4)

Vegan ALDI Grocery Haul (Family of 4)

Hi friends! Grocery haul day! I love posts like this but I feel like I always put them off because I either forget to take a photo or forget it all-together. BUT we recently started shopping at ALDI more and this post has been requested heavily in the past so here we are, finally DOING IT.

I’ll be honest, I have never been a huge fan of ALDI… but it is complicated. I love the prices and the vegan options, but it can feel so jumbled and a mess sometimes and when I am trying to move fast, that can be tough. I also don’t care for all the plastic on produce and wish they would move away from that, but yeah. We don’t always shop here but currently, it is the easiest and closest to us during the pandemic. Just being honest. Maybe it is just me. If you feel similar, let me know so I am not alone (lol!)

This is a pretty big shopping for us. We were having our groceries delivered for a month or so while our state was under stay at home order. Between that and the holidays, I hadn’t done a huge shopping like this in a bit so it was overdo. I did have a lot of dry goods and pantry items already so most of this is fresh or frozen. I also grabbed some new things to try that we didn’t need but… you know… vegan mozzarella sticks? Yeah, we have to try them. LOL But anyways, enough of the rambling. Here is what we got at ALDI for our family of 4. We very seldom eat out (maybe once a month we get takeout, if that) so we stock up quite a bit.

  1. This would totally make more work for you, but do you think one time you could do a grocery haul post in combo with what you’re meal plan is for that haul? I’m trying to be better at meal planning and not buying unnecessary items! So that would be an interesting post for me 😊

    1. Sorry, “your” not “you’re”!

    2. Yes!! I will do that next time! I have actually done it in the past, too. It doesn’t take too much for me to do. Don’t worry!

Here’s one from the past that might help in the meantime :)
